An arbitrary waveform generator is a type of signal source device that can accurately output various standard signals and customized waveforms, widely regarded as the "signal core" for electronic testing and R&D. It can generate conventional waveforms such as sine waves, square waves and pulse waves, and also output any complex analog signals through waveform editing.
